Overview

The Office of Risk Services plays a crucial role in SingHealth's risk management strategy. We are responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide risk management practices to safeguard our organisation's assets, reputation, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
  • Participate in education and training, risk reporting and monitoring, and data analysis to ensure sustainable ERM at all levels of the organisation.
  • Perform secretariat duties for the Cluster-level ERM Committees, Workgroups, and related Taskforces to implement the ERM initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 4 years of working experience
  • Good understanding of analytics and reporting processes and experience in data analysis and analytics
  • Experience in risk management, implementing Enterprise Risk Management, audit and healthcare operations will be an advantage
  • Team player with good interpersonal and effective communication and writing skills
  • Good project management and good administrative skills
  • Good computing skills and competency with Microsoft Office applications
