Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical quality inspections and manage production progress for new units and refurbishment activities.
  • Assess and report on program performance, including cost, quality and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during program inspections.
  • Define material/spares support package and review training contents for induction of new Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Manage in‑house technical crew assigned for refurbishment works/support, coordinate requirements, and assist the Manager in monitoring and managing contractors’ refurbishment programs.
  • Maintain proper project documentation, including material data for spares and records of technical quality audits/factory acceptances.
  • Provide technical leadership in repairs, troubleshooting, interpretation of OEM technical documentation, system design and drawings.
  • Coach and train staff, focusing on elevating competencies and performance.
  • Perform quality inspections for maintenance tasks/jobs to ensure correctness, good standards and quality work.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in maintenance and supervision of work bays in servicing and repairs of automotive/industrial equipment and vehicles (including internal combustion, or electric vehicles/equipment). Identification of test and support equipment, and spares needed for maintenance.
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required (e.g., during airport emergencies or critical operations).
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
