Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services
• Plan, schedule, and optimize vehicle allocation, route planning, and manpower deployment
• Coordinate closely with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules, safety standards, and company policies
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handle enquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong client relationships
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on client feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Monitor daily operations and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc logistics requirements
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Office tools
• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and transport-related guidelines
• Support and guide the operations team to achieve service targets and KPIs
• Stand by as a Class 4 driver during emergency or urgent situations when required
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow

Job Requirements

• Must be qualified in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 05 years of experience as a Logistics Planner or Logistics Executive
• Possession of Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence
• Willing to work night shifts
• Willing to work on weekends
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
