A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to advise on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes and collaborating with department heads on staffing needs. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering proactive and value-added HR solutions, guidance, and strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes advising on manpower planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
