About:

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering proactive and value-added HR solutions, guidance, and strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes advising on manpower planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Job Responsibility:
  • Develop and implement workforce plans to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Conduct job analysis and forecasting to determine future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and succession planning.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems.
  • Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and development opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and complaints.
  • Ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes in line with company policy and labor law.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations with trade unions.
  • Provide advice and training to managers on employee relations best practices.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a HR business partnering function will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR technologies and data analysis tools.
