Assist Head of Commercials & Marketing with marketing initiatives as well as implement internal and external communication materials to drive Econ Healthcare and Orange Valley’s business and growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • To manage the company's internal communication platform and engagement with its internal audience, and be in charge of its strategy, governance, editorial direction, as well as the performance of the channel
  • Assist in internal and external communications materials including media responses, news releases, marketing materials/collaterals and customer correspondence (email and phone enquiries)
  • Support corporate events, media interviews, and media engagement in addition to handling media and influencers contacts and identifying editorial and speaking opportunities
  • Integrate the company's brand and communications strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels in order to enhance reputation, strengthen employer value proposition, and increase share of voice through effective Public Relations strategies
  • To assist in developing digital‑first, socially centric content for social media channels and corporate websites to assist their reputation management efforts during times of crisis to use data, analytics, and social listening tools to stay up to date on trends and gauge the effectiveness of our communication strategy, to help them to continue to improve.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Marketing/Mass Communications or any equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in digital marketing and corporate communications
  • Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal storytelling skills, a strong understanding of the media landscape
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the care service sector and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
