Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and management of project deliverables from inception to completion.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of development and fit‑out works.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and internal departments to monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of project budgets, cost reports, and payment certifications.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, drawings, submissions, and approvals to ensure timely compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials for management review.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Track key project metrics such as milestones, variation orders, procurement schedules, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Support post‑completion activities, including defects follow‑up and project close‑out documentation.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within the building or property development industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools, e.g. Gantt charts.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and meticulous, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Background in food‑related projects (e.g. F&B outlets, food processing facilities, central kitchens) is an added advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
