This role involves processing HR-related payments accurately and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators. Qualifications

  • Preferably 1 year of HR experience, fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome.
  • Past working experience / knowledge in finance / payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Job Description
  • Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments in NUHS.
  • Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
  • Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
  • Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job Requirements
