Responsibilities

• Oversee property upkeep and manage residents' feedback and inquiries.
• Deliver excellent services to residents and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Service Agreements and Town Council Management Report.
• Plan and supervise maintenance of the estate.
• Support compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act.
