A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee hospital facilities and systems. The role involves coordinating electrical shutdowns, managing service partners, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree and have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning. Strong technical skills and effective communication are essential.
You will manage hospital facilities and systems. This includes coordinating annual electrical shutdowns across hospital premises, maintaining existing structures and developing comprehensive programmes for planned maintenance and services. You will also manage service partners and contractors as well as provide technical advice to user departments. In addition, you will coordinate fire safety requirements and Green Mark certification tasks to ensure statutory compliance, investigate safety incidents and prepare reports.
