We are looking for an immediate, full-time, 6-month contract position in APAC at Singapore.

Job Purpose

The role supports the regional Group Communications & Sustainability leadership by shaping a forward-looking content strategy that positions DHL as an innovation and sustainability leader in Asia Pacific. It drives high-impact storytelling, ensures regional–global alignment, and accelerates brand visibility through strategic narrative development and multi-channel amplification.

Your tasks
  • Lead content strategy for Logistics of Things, creating compelling stories that showcase DHL’s innovation and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to uncover customer success stories and transform them into engaging content.
  • Design and implement a sustainable SEO-driven content strategy that amplifies reach and relevance.
  • Align regional content with global teams, ensuring consistency and resonance across markets.
  • Partner with media relations and employee communications to extend engagement beyond the news cycle and keep DHL top-of-mind.
  • Manage writers and agencies to commission, craft, and edit trend-driven, customer-focused, and awareness-building stories.
  • Maximize distribution through social platforms, search engine marketing, and newsletters in collaboration with the digital agency.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline content workflows and enhance production efficiency (advantageous but not mandatory)
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field – or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of editorial, content, or communications experience, ideally in B2B, technology, logistics, or a corporate communications environment.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to craft compelling, insight-driven stories that highlight innovation, customer impact, and sustainability
  • Skilled writer and editor with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and narrative flow
  • Experience in content strategy, SEO best practices, and multi-channel content distribution
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning with regional and global communications teams
  • Able to manage writers, agencies, and contributors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Creative thinker who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and iterative refinement to ensure strategic content excellence
