How you’ll make an impact
  • Lead manufacturing operations, overseeing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, and process improvements.
  • Champion a value stream mindset and culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and EPS, while strengthening manufacturing culture, boosting morale, and ensuring employee safety.
  • Advance talent development and succession planning aligned with organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with network leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape operational strategy and deliver business objectives.
  • Establish and lead the implementation of strategic processes that align with key business strategies.
  • Oversee strategic manufacturing project portfolios, ensuring effective prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Optimize business processes and establish core competencies by assessing needs and implementing effective solutions.
  • Drive standardized manufacturing programs in partnership with plant leadership.
  • Deliver operational and strategic targets across finance, cost, quality, safety, compliance, and capacity.
  • Lead site operators technical training team in collaboration with COE.
  • Provide leadership and direction to large cross‑functional teams to successfully implement global enterprise systems and related solutions.
  • Other incidental duties.
What you’ll need (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with proven experience in leading complex manufacturing operations (i.e., multiple value streams, large set‑up) in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across the organization.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the local market and its dynamics.

  • Experience working in regulated industries.
  • Deep expertise in manufacturing procedures, systems, and financial acumen with ability to solve complex problems.
  • Well‑versed in developing metrics to demonstrate manufacturing value and drive business performance.
  • Advanced skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and manufacturing systems.
  • Demonstrated capability to build trust with senior leadership and key customers, excelling in influence and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering technical and business briefings to executives and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of successful project management leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership in directing teams, coaching, employee relations, and partnering with HR.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with meticulous attention to detail and professional engagement at all levels.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
