The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) Senior Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
The DSR Manager will:
Minimum 10 years or more of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent in English. Strong proficiency in a second language relevant to Asia highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in leading teams through change and adopting new tools, processes, or strategies.
Prior experience in a full‑cycle sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders across multiple seniority levels.
Able to motivate and energize others.
Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
Working location: This role is based in Singapore full‑time in the office.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel less than 10% of the time.
