What You'll Own
  • Cost/ARR and SQL volume for K-12 target markets across Singapore and Vietnam.

  • Structured expansion plan for all paid (Meta, Google, display, programmatic, affiliates) and organic (SEO/ASO) strategies.

  • Full-funnel optimisation, from landing pages to conversion funnels, across our diverse product offerings.

  • Marketing analytics and reporting cadence, integrating internal BI to optimise key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period for sustained profitability.

  • Leading and mentoring a 5–8 person Regional marketing team.

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and execute a data-driven strategy for rapid scale-up, effectively communicating Geniebook’s AI-powered, outcome-focused value proposition.

  • Channel Mastery & Efficiency: Lead multi-channel acquisition with focus on ROI and efficiency, continuously testing creatives (especially short-form/creator content), audiences, and landing pages.

  • Analytical Rigour: Own marketing analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights to drive data-driven improvement.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Precisely manage a significant marketing budget, forecasting spend against ambitious targets.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and empower a lean, performance-focused team, fostering rapid execution and accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the CEO and SLT, ensuring marketing aligns with broader business goals and strategic acquisitions.

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in B2C performance/growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling user and revenue growth efficiently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment; edtech experience is a bonus.

  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, successfully managing a team of at least 5.

  • Hands-on media buying expertise with substantial budgets (>US$1 million annual ad spend) across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities, comfortable with attribution models, tracking, and BI tools (GA4, internal BI), with weekly CPL tracking and 14-day LTV view.

  • Strong aptitude for creative and landing page optimisation, with a knack for rapidly testing and iterating short-form video content.

  • Clear, calm communication; able to coach junior team members to execute with speed and precision.
