Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
• Working knowledge of S&OP processes and FMCG trade mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an 18-month unconstrained demand forecast at SKU and customer level.
• Actively participate in the S&OP process with ownership of the Demand Review.
• Prepare demand insights, forecasts, and performance materials for S&OP reviews.
