📌 Senior Cybersecurity Talent & Leadership Development Specialist

📝 12-Month Contract | Monday to Friday | 42 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to lead and architect talent strategies that strengthen the development and retention of cybersecurity professionals. This role oversees the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of talent, career, and learning frameworks, including pathways for current and future CISOs. You will work closely with HR, cybersecurity leaders, and data teams to shape a strong and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Talent & Career Framework Development
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent mobility and career progression framework for the cybersecurity division.
  • Define critical skills, competencies, rotational pathways, and mentorship structures, including specialised tracks for aspiring and current CISOs.
Learning & Development Strategy
  • Develop and manage a tailored Learning & Development framework for cybersecurity professionals at all levels.
  • Track competency levels, certifications, and development milestones to identify skills gaps and shape learning plans.
Programme Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead talent development programmes and act as the main point of contact for participants, CISOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Promote programme participation, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Establish programme KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Analyse data and prepare clear visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to support talent decisions, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or talent mobility.
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale career frameworks and professional development programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis is preferred.
