About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to lead and architect talent strategies that strengthen the development and retention of cybersecurity professionals. This role oversees the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of talent, career, and learning frameworks, including pathways for current and future CISOs. You will work closely with HR, cybersecurity leaders, and data teams to shape a strong and future-ready workforce.
