A leading manpower services provider is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead and architect talent strategies aimed at growing, developing, and retaining top-tier cybersecurity professionals. The role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive talent mobility framework and managing learning and development initiatives. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in talent management, proven track records in designing career frameworks, and familiarity with data analysis tools. The contract is for one year, with a commitment of 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in learning & development, talent management, or talent mobility.
  • Proven track record in designing large-scale career frameworks and professional development programmes.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, Security+, data analytics) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a talent mobility and career progression framework.
  • Develop and manage a tailored L&D framework for cybersecurity professionals.
  • Lead all talent development programs and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Analyze data and produce visual reports to support talent decisions.
