Overview
- Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Establish and monitor service standards, procedures and policies
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for staff improvment.
- Forecast manpower needs and budget for the customer service function
- Recommend initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for customer service staff
