About the job Senior Corporate Finance Executive

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Corporate Finance Executive to join a dynamic & growing Singapore-headquartered group involved in the energy and shipping sectors. Reporting directly to the CFO, he/she will be instrumental in supporting investment planning, corporate financing, and financial risk mitigation strategies across the groups business operations.

The ideal candidate would be a finance professional with solid experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and capital management, especially in asset-heavy or maritime-related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and strategic budgets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide data-driven insights for decision‑making.
  • Support the CFO in raising capital through debt or other financing structures.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage due diligence processes.
  • Assist in treasury functions, including cash flow planning and monitoring.
  • Conduct budgeting exercises in coordination with business units and perform variance analysis.
  • Identify and manage financial risks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial information to lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the CFO on ad hoc strategic or financial reporting assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 57 years of experience in a similar corporate finance role
  • Prior exposure to shipping finance or capital-intensive industries is an advantage
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • High integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
