Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuaries, finance & IT professionals, in insurance accounting and finance engagements
• Contribute accounting expertise in accounting and regulatory regime process design, enhancement and implementation
• Build BI dashboards and automated analytics solutions using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc
• Analyze client's financial workflow and identify potential area for process improvement and automation
• Support the provision of IFSR 17 subledger solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA qualification is preferred
• Experience in insurance audit or advisory role, 2-4 years (for Senior Consultant/Consultant)
• Hands-on experience with the following tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, UniPath, Oracle, SAP
• Working knowledge in various insurance regulatory regimes i.e. IFRS 17, RBC etc
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices is a plus
