Job description
  • Lead PMO activities for AML-related initiatives across APAC branches.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and task backlogs.
  • Track progress, deadlines, dependencies, and issues; follow up with PICs and drive weekly cadence (stand-ups and status reviews).
  • Consolidate updates and provide clear, structured management reporting.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Regional IT, Regional Compliance, and multiple APAC branches.
  • Prepare concise, executive-level status updates and facilitate meetings.
  • Document decisions, action items, risks, and assumptions to ensure alignment across stakeholders (RCCO, CCO, COpO).
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, Gantt charts, and data analyses using Excel (pivots, lookups, aggregation, trend analysis).
  • Create management-ready PowerPoint decks with strong storyline, insights, and recommendations.
  • Standardize process inputs across branches to support Target Operating Model and fitgap exercises.
  • Highlight key risks, issues, and process gaps, proposing solutions where needed.
  • Manage ambiguity by keeping momentum, escalating ownership issues appropriately, and driving clarity among stakeholders.
