Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 Functional Consultant with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Familiarity with various Microsoft Dynamics versions is essential, along with customer-facing roles experience.

Qualifications

Job description

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 Functional consultant with 10+ years of hands on experience across various versions of MSD Navision and primarily on MSD Business Central 365.

• Should be able to execute all phases of implementations.
• Should have a strong sense customer requirements and should collaborate and work directly with clients to identify critical business requirements and various business scenarios, prepare test scenarios.
• Should also act as APM for Business Central Projects.
• Should have extremely good documentation skills and should be able to document/lead the team through documentation of business requirements, solution blue print, functional design, business scenarios, Functional test cases, user training manuals etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of the various domains and business verticals to be able to correlate with client's businesses and understand requirements better.
• Must have worked on minimum 2-4 end to end implementations at medium to large enterprise clients on Dynamics Navision and D365 Business Central.
• Techno functional expertise will be preferred and programming using dotnet, C#, asp, Visual Studio frameworks, MS Sql is required.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must have hands on experience on minimum 2 of the functional modules including Financial Management.
• Should have a good understanding of Intercompany setups and transactions.
• Should be very good at documentation during various phases of the implementations.
• Should know how to conduct discovery / requirement gathering sessions and prepare a detailed Business Requirement document.
• Prepare detailed Functional Design Documents for the custom features as per the Microsoft standards.
• Must know how to coordinate and execute the data migration using Excel- Add Ins and packages.
• Should have experience in conducting training sessions for the client.
• Must know how to plan and execute master data as well as open transactions and opening balances during data upload cycles.
• Must have worked in customer facing roles, onsite exposure will be preferred.
• Should be able to configure the product at short notice to support pre-sales demos.
• Must have exposure on various versions of Microsoft Dynamics Navision including minimum 6 months experience on D365 Business Central.
• Exposure to Full Life Cycle Implementation projects, Post Implementation Production Support.
