About the Role:
  • Own Europe’s commercial strategy: sales, distributor relationships, retail partnerships, and market launches.
  • Build and lead a small but high-impact commercial team, driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and international teams to ensure consistency in brand execution and product availability.
  • Hands‑on role: engage with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and design go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Initially based in Singapore, with a longer‑term plan to relocate to Europe.
