We’re seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our client's on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll be at the forefront of hybrid cloud engineering - driving automation, strengthening reliability, and enabling scalable, future-ready infrastructure.

🕒 Working Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Thu) | 8:30am–5:30pm (Fri)📍 Location: Southern central region

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cloud (Azure) and on‑prem infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualisation).
• Drive automation initiatives, platform standardisation, and configuration management to improve system reliability
• Execute security patching, access control, hardening, and compliance monitoring (IM8 & enterprise standards)
• Provide L1/L2 incident support for Azure platforms, ensuring timely root‑cause analysis
• Support containerisation, hybrid cloud solutions, and modernisation projects aligned with government tech strategies
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high‑availability processes, including SOPS and documentation

Key Requirements

• Cloud: Azure, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud‑native services
• OS: Linux, Windows Server (admin, tuning, troubleshooting)
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes, Orchestration platforms
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible (automation & provisioning)
• Virtualisation: Nutanix HCI, Virtualisation best practices
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Network Security
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash
• Monitoring: Logging, Monitoring & Observability tools

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in cloud infrastructure or platform operations
• Strong track record supporting large‑scale systems
