Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Singapore Construction Industry, with projects like high-rise buildings preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore Construction Industry Code of Practice, rules, and regulations.
• Accreditations such as Resident Engineer and Technical Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and requirements, reviewing feasibility studies.
• Assist in overseeing construction activities and progress.
• Review all project submissions and drive implementation of sustainability strategies.
• Participate in tendering processes and oversee project execution.
