Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Singapore Construction Industry.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Construction Industry Code of Practice and relevant regulations.
• Ability to deal with C&S consultants and understand technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and requirements and review feasibility studies.
• Drive design development and oversee project execution.
• Manage people and organisational functions to mitigate delays.
