A leading improvement solutions company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee Lean and Continuous Improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Aerospace Engineering and over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement environments. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continuous improvement projects.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Job Description

• In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
• Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
• In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives
• In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continuous improvement projects
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
