Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a skilled professional to coordinate various trades and ensure compliance with design requirements. Candidates should be proficient in AUTOCAD, have at least 3 years of experience in consultancy within C&S and infrastructural projects, and possess a diploma in Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of Revit BIM software is advantageous. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects.
• Knowledge in Revit BIM model software with relevant training certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assists the project in combining all information of various trades.
• Responsible for checking the correctness of trade information.
• Alerts project team for any changes or clashes of various trade services.
• Coordinates and monitors shop drawing submission schedule.
• Ensures design systems comply with the code of requirement.
