Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Resident Engineer to oversee a team of technical supervisors and ensure compliance with local regulations during multi-storey building projects. The ideal candidate must possess a recognized Civil/Structural Engineering degree, with at least 5 years of related experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in healthcare projects and knowledge in BIM will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Resident Engineer experience in multi-storey buildings.
• Must be accredited with IES/ACES.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and BCA's criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document site progress with detailed reports.
