Job Summary

The Senior C&S Coordinator oversees and coordinates civil and structural works for LTA projects, with a focus on roadworks and tunnel construction. The role ensures that works are executed in line with design, safety, and quality standards while supporting smooth progress and compliance with authority requirements.

Essential Job Functions

The Senior C&S Coordinator is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate and supervise civil and structural activities for roadworks, tunnels, and related infrastructure.
• Review drawings, method statements, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with LTA and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and site activities to meet schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Assist in planning and sequencing of road and tunnel works to minimize disruption and ensure integration with other trades.
• Support inspections, testing, and approvals by consultants and authorities.
• Maintain site documentation including reports, permits, and as-built records.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Minimum Qualifications / Job Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Have minimum 8 years of design experience in buildings / stations, at-grade services such as road, drainage & sewerage.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and underground construction methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
