Qualifications

• Must have technical knowledge of Biopharmaceutical processing.
• Relevant experience in cleanroom environments preferred.
• Willingness to perform a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Executes batch records, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintains training status to perform required GMP tasks.
• Performs environmental monitoring during production.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coaches and mentors junior team members.

Skills

Technical knowledge of Biopharmaceutical processing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Degree or equivalent experience in a related Science/Engineering field
