Ideal candidates should hold a degree in engineering, have at least 8 years in design or construction engineering, and a minimum of 6 years in BIM management. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or integrated digital project management.
• Minimum 6 years of BIM experience as a BIM Project Level Manager role in large scale or infrastructure project.
• Completed at least one full cycle at design phase or construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards.
• Implement BIM strategies and ensure digital delivery.
• Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan.
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of BIM models.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a project team

Education

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
