Job description

You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. You will maintain a clean and organized restaurant, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests, take orders and proactively recommend menu items to enhance their experience, including upselling.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food.
  • Confident and proficient in operating the POS system – ordering and payment.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol and bar supplies.
  • Coordinate closely with the back-of-house for seamless food service and smooth bar operations.
  • Provide support floor service when needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs.
  • Skilled in mixology and drink‑crafting techniques for cocktails, mocktails, wine and beer.
  • Creative in developing the beverage program, pairing drink with food, and enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills with polished and professional interaction.
  • Understanding of costing and upselling strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
