Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major projects as Project Leader, reporting directly to the Director
• Oversee project delivery across technical, financial, and contractual aspects, including pricing, tendering, scheduling, resourcing, and budget control
• Deliver practical, cost-effective engineering solutions while supporting business development and revenue targets
• Prepare and review designs, reports, proposals, and technical documentation to meet client requirements and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, WHS, and quality assurance standards
• Provide technical leadership by supervising, mentoring, and managing the performance and development of junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering, postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 10 years’ experience in structural design (Associate level) and minimum 5 years’ experience (Senior level)
• Strong technical capability in the design and documentation of small to medium-scale projects
