Job Description:
- Lead the identification of growth opportunities and cost optimisation levers, and drive the development and execution of strategies that deliver measurable business impact
- Conduct and oversee structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to diagnose business challenges, generate insights, and support decision-making
- Research industry trends, user behaviours, and competitor strategies to inform regional and local initiatives
- Partner with commercial functions (e.g., marketing, category management, operations, partnerships) to refine strategic roadmaps, performance frameworks, and operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regional and local markets to monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps, and design improvement strategies
- Manage multiple stakeholders, align on priorities, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across diverse teams and geographies
- Mentor and guide junior team members in problem-solving approaches, analytical skills, and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related fields, preferably in high-performing organisations or fast-paced digital environments
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in any discipline
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects from ideation to execution, ideally with regional or cross-market exposure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with experience collaborating effectively across senior levels and diverse teams
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with strong project management capabilities to drive multiple initiatives in parallel
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
