Job description
The Job:

You will be part of Facility Management & Engineering department, providing technical expertise and support for all implementation and maintenance of innovative technologies to optimize the hospital's physical infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the patient and staff experience.

Your job role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Assist in implementing and maintenance of innovative technologies to optimize hospital infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and improve patient and staff experience
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing hospital systems
  • Support the deployment and configuration of smart building systems, IoT sensors, energy management systems, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), asset tracking, and predictive maintenance tools
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, dashboards, and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor system performance
  • Represent the hospital in projects related to Facilities Management technology, including new constructions, expansions, and modifications
  • Assist in quality assurance, compliance, and safety, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare standards
  • Support procurement, sourcing, vendor and inventory management for equipment and materials, including operation of SAP purchasing systems
  • Undertake other assignments as required by the department
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Infrastructure/Built Environment/Robotics/Electronics/Data Analytics)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field of smart facilities management
