A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for Operation Shared Services. Senior Assistant Manager, Operation Shared Services (Security)

Job Category: Administration

In this role, your responsibilities involve planning, developing, and implementing robust security measures that create a safe environment for staff and visitors at SingHealth Tower and Academia. This includes managing the daily security operations of the Security Command Centre and reviewing and implementing measures to ensure that critical facilities are protected.

Additionally, you are expected to coordinate and liaise between institution security representatives and SingHealth HQ for the planning, development, and implementation of Security Shared Services initiatives. These include liaising with relevant government agencies and supporting as secretariat for cluster committee meetings to ensure SingHealth’s security policies adhere to regulatory requirements.

Project management and implementation of One Singhealth Security initiatives are also required. This includes overseeing vendor performance for SingHealth HQ security-related contracts to meet organisational interests and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in security-related operations, planning, and developing work processes
  • Prior experience in project management will be advantageous
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous planning abilities
  • Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
