You will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify, plan, and execute strategies and proposals to improve work processes and service quality.
  • Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily clinic operations to ensure cost efficiency and effective use of resources.
  • Work closely with Dental Head and HQ Dental in managing clinic operational issues, manpower related issues, renovation projects, procurement, inventory control, audits, DOPEX changeover, and Oral Health Promotion.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in the handling of feedback and complaints on clinical matters.
  • Prepare and analyse data, reports and presentation slides.
  • Coordinate meetings (including venue booking and logistics) and minutes writing.
  • Maintain and update information on the intranet.
  • Participate or lead in committees/workgroups.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or HOD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare focusing on operations and administration
  • Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong analytical, people management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
