Job summary

A leading airport operations company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage equipment operators at Changi Airport. The role involves planning services, maintaining communication with teams, and addressing customer requests. Candidates with a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Aviation, along with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications, are preferred. The position requires the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft services.
• Liaise with teams for towing and maintenance activities.
• Maintain communication with equipment operators for timely departures.
• Attend to customer requests and update supervisors on delays.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
• Attend to customers' requests/complaints (where necessary).
• Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt
• Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage
• Must be able to perform 12 hour rotating shift works
• Work Location: Changi Airport
