In Indonesia, they oversee a dynamic portfolio of industrial, commercial, and mixed-use properties—and they are now seeking a Senior Asset Manager to drive asset performance and long-term value creation across the region.

What You’ll Do

Lead Regional Asset Strategy

• Take ownership of a portfolio of income-generating properties, focusing on yield optimization, occupancy, and capital growth.
• Monitor performance KPIs such as NOI, occupancy rates, and ROA.

Drive Strategic Enhancements

• Craft and execute asset-level strategies including leasing plans, repositioning efforts, enhancement projects, and capex initiatives.
• Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking to unlock hidden value.

Champion Leasing & Tenant Relationships

• Collaborate with leasing and property teams to ensure tenant satisfaction, retention, and healthy lease renewals.
• Lead strategic negotiations with key tenants and maintain strong long-term relationships.

Own Financial Performance

• Lead annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for the assets under your care.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement cost-saving initiatives while supporting acquisition/divestment plans.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Partner with internal stakeholders across investment, development, finance, and legal to ensure strategic alignment and risk compliance.
• Support due diligence for new acquisitions, joint ventures, or exits.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in asset management across industrial, commercial, or mixed-use properties, with a strong command of the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with solid modeling experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (key stakeholders are from Mainland China).
