THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who thinks big, moves fast, and leads with instinct and intent. You’re someone who obsesses over craft, knows how to sell an idea, and has a strong point of view on what good creative looks like — and how to get there.

This role is for someone who can confidently own the visual direction of a campaign, partner with copywriters and designers, and elevate creative output across the board. You’re not just about making things look good, you\'re about making them mean something.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conceptualize and execute bold, original campaign ideas across multiple platforms, from digital to print to experiential.
• Lead the art direction of projects from concept to production, ensuring top-tier visual execution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and client solution managers to deliver integrated work that hits both creatively and strategically.
• Present creative ideas clearly and compellingly to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior creatives and provide constructive, inspiring feedback.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and design innovation to keep our work fresh and relevant.
• Elevate the visual standards of the agency with every piece of work you touch.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, exceptional design, and breakthrough campaign work.
• Confident in leading projects, pitching ideas, and working closely with clients.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or AI experience is a plus.
• Passionate about visual storytelling and pushing creative boundaries.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in the tech industry is a PLUS.
