JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research, plan, and develop architectural designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Execute design, submission, and implementation phases of projects.
• Generate CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, and color boards to facilitate client discussions.
• Compile data and perform necessary calculations for drawing preparation and design layouts.
• Draft initial design concepts and propose product solutions based on project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, relevant codes, and standards for authorities’ submissions and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings and engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project details effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and execute project designs efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulatory standards.
• Strong technical and design aptitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
