Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the day-to-day management of architectural projects.

• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure all project aspects align with expectations and timelines.

• Oversee project documentation, design development, and construction drawings.

• Ensure all designs are in compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Participate in site meetings, design presentations, and project reviews as needed.

• Manage timelines, project deliverables, and resolve any design or site issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and project coordination.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes and statutory requirements.

• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
