What the day will look like
  • Accountable for projects to ensure they’re delivered with quality, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage projects with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery to ensure that the project delivers against the client needs
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Working with Senior Leaders internally to support in project origination, proposal write-up and project delivery.
  • Proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts
  • Review team members’ analysis work and act as technical review for client deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics or Finance). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in executive / reward advisory with expertise in specific areas such as Long-Term Incentive Plan Design, KPI Design, Sales Incentive design, etc.
  • Experience in leading and delivering projects with minimal supervision from senior colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies in a fast-paced, consulting environment
  • Flexibility to work in situations where there is no specific right answer and a willingness to work outside of your personal comfort zone
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly evolved analytical skills for interpreting data and integrating data to support decision-making
