Job Duties
  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, and payroll.
  • Coordinate with HQ finance team for reporting, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Support annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, wellness, or healthcare industries.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for internal coordination).
  • Leadership potential with willingness to guide junior team members.
  • Proactive, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
