Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts and generate financial statements.
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions.
• Manage debt collection and AR controller function.
• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors.
• File quarterly GST submission.
• Handle tax and audit matters.
• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Information:

1. Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 6:30pm
2. Up to $5,000 (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts and generate Financial statement, Sales and Cash Flow reports
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions
• Manage Debt collection and AR controller function
• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors
• File quarterly GST submission
• Handle tax and audit matters
• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation
• Other Adhoc tasks to be assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with 3 -6 years experience
