Job summary

A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage accounting operations for both Singapore and Thailand offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a corporate finance role, preferably with audit experience. Responsibilities include financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting financial forecasting. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is necessary, along with fluency in English and Mandarin. This role prioritizes Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in large-scale companies.
• Audit experience at a reputable large accounting firm or Big 4 is highly advantageous.
• Possession of CPA or CA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting operations for Singapore and Thailand.
• Compile and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger activities and prepare journal entries.
• Execute daily financial tasks including payment processing.
• Manage accounts receivable and customer service.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Facilitate external audit processes.
• Contribute to budget development and financial forecasts.
• Handle corporate tax filing and employee reimbursements.
