Job description

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Accountant to manage the full spectrum of financial activities for a diverse portfolio of entities, including CFD brokerage firms and investment holding companies. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS standards, managing complex multi-currency reconciliations, and acting as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax agents.

Job Responsibility
Financial Bookkeeping & Full Sets of Accounts
  • Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining full sets of accounts for a diverse portfolio, including CFD brokerage firms, financial trading entities, and investment holding companies.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Operational Finance
  • Manage inter-company reconciliations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Process staff expense claims and manage vendor payments.
Internal Collaboration kérstvíkey (Settlement Team and Compliance Team)
  • Collaborate closely with the Settlement Team to retrieve and reconcile transaction data required for accurate bookkeeping and monthly management reporting.
  • Work with the Legal and Compliance Department to provide necessary financial data and support for regulatory توانید報告 reporting and compliance responsibilities.
External Liaison (Agents & Auditors)
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external Corporate Secretarial firms, Tax Agents, and External Auditors.
  • Manage external service providers to ensure all statutory obligations (such as Annual Returns and Tax Computations) are prepared and filed within statutory deadlines.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process by providing necessary schedules and supporting documents to auditors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Prior experience in a Corporate Secretarial Firm, Client Accounting Services or Audit Firm is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards дочип is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero Accounting Software.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Written and Spoken) is a must (to coordinate with overseas agents and internal Chinese-speaking teams).
