Job summary

• Shift Pattern: AM Shift: 7:30am – 8:00pm, PM Shift: 7:30pm – 8:00am
  2 Days Work, 2 Days Rest (Rotating – 1 day shift, 1 night shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Perform patrols and security duties at designated posts.
• Monitor crowd control and handle security incidents professionally.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and first-aid situations when required.
• Lead and transport valuables such as cash, chips and documentation.
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with procedures.
• Manage intoxicated individuals and potential safety hazards.
• Participate in training and emergency response operations.
• Uphold professional service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Possess a valid PLRD Security Licence (minimum 3 modules):
  • Handle Security Incidents and Services
  • Provide Guard and Patrol Services
  • Recognise Terrorist Threats
• Relevant security experience preferred, especially in hospitality or service-oriented environments
• Able to perform rotating shifts and overtime when required
