Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760
Work Day: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the security matters, including liaison with the security vendors on the in-house deployment and operations.
  • Be the person-in-charge for any security audit and follow-up action with stakeholders, including the Global Security Committee.
  • Monitor and review the performance of security officers to ensure adherence to operational standards and site protocols.
  • Oversee the operation of CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and access management systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and manage security breaches; conduct incident investigations and submit detailed reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies during emergencies or security-related incidents.
  • Manage visitor and contractor access control procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.
  • Plan and conduct regular security drills, briefings, and training for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with the work policies and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Maintain updated documentation on security operations, incident reports, and asset protection measures.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
  • Must have knowledge and experience in TAPA.
  • Relevant working experience in manufacturing environment is mandatory.
  • Possesses a valid PLRD Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer License.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or executive role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in report writing, incident documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is a plus.
