Qualifications

• Willing to learn new skills and systems.
• Ability to follow school processes and perform assigned tasks.
• Skills in setting up AV/IT facilities and technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to staff and students on their devices.
• Support the Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) Device Management Application.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on ICT equipment.
• Report and document missing, defective or damaged ICT equipment.
